  • Antagonize the effect of Maprotiline when combined with Guanethidine 

Recommended Action
      Management Blood pressure monitoring is recommended during concurrent use and after discontinuation of the antidepressant. An alternative antihypertensive or antidepressant may be considered if evidence of an interaction is observed.
